Standing Boogie D's Medicine Man (Doc)

Medicine Man and Jim Woodward

Boogie D's Medicine Man (Doc)
Doc is a 15 years old, standing at 15 hands, and is a striking bronze
buckskin stallion who produces lots of flash and color and foals with gentle dispositions.

We are standing Doc at a fee of $350. We spent a year training Doc for the show ring and found him to be a willing and talented performer. His foxtrot is a fancy and dramatic one which is smooth and easy to ride. In addition to being a producer of foals with good conformation with nice gaits, “Doc” throws foals of many colors: buckskin, palomino, black, chocolate silver, and rich dark chestnut.

Doc always found a cheering section in the kids who were at the shows who would always cheer for "Spirit," comparing him to the movie-famous Spirit. He placed well in the Three Year Old Futurity, and we are no longer showing him. He has a beautiful head and overall great conformation. We continue to be impressed with his calm and friendly attitude to people. His offspring continue to be not only pretty but also talented.

Big Mac's Silverado
Silverado is 15 years old, stand almost 15 hands, and is a beautiful grey
stallion with an abundant mane and a beautiful tail set.

Silverado is now standing in Florida at the Woodward Fox Trotter Farm. Our goal is to continue the legacy that the original owner of Silverado, Ernie Long, established with his careful breeding program to produce naturally gaited horses with gentle dispositions. Silverado’s talented off-spring can be found in the show arenas as well as on the trail.
