Others drop out for various reasons.<\/p>\n<p>The category I&#8217;m in is &#8220;Want to Always Learn More &#8211; Can&#8217;t Ever Get Enough&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lessons are my favorite horse back riding activity.\u00a0 Lessons with the right people.\u00a0 My right people are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vaughtsgeneralstore.net\" target=\"_self\">Jennifer and Tony Vaught<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight was the first time I&#8217;ve rode Nova since the week long \u00a0Missouri Fox Trotter World Celebration ended.\u00a0\u00a0Nova has\u00a0had nearly a week off.\u00a0 I started recoving from the week of the Celebration about two days ago.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This year Nova and I are going to trot.\u00a0 It will help build up her muscles for the fox trot.\u00a0 We started tonight. I posted to the trot. \u00a0Jenny mentioned the word diagonals..bringing back the diagonals.\u00a0 I thought she was talking about leg yeilding diagonally across the arena. whoops! No!\u00a0 One has to rise when a specific front leg goes up at the trot.\u00a0 I remember now. So, I had my body rise with the inside leg.\u00a0 Every now and then Jenny would tell me to change my diagonal.\u00a0 huh.\u00a0 After that round of trotting was done and we were resting in the middle, Jenny asked me which leg I was supposed to rise with.\u00a0 Me, &#8220;Inside!&#8221;\u00a0 Jenny, &#8220;Rise with the leg on the Wall&#8221;\u00a0 OH YES!\u00a0 I haven&#8217;t posted seriously since I passed my original Level 3 Parelli test.\u00a0 I must have thought I was cantering with the lead on the inside leg!<\/p>\n<p>Another round and\u00a0we posted correctly!<\/p>\n<p>Then we fox trotted and seriously, Nova was awesome!<\/p>\n<p>What fun it is to be back in lessonville with a great instructor and great friends at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pinedellfarm.com\">Pine Dell Farm<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 294px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a id=\"myphotolink\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?pid=1220392&amp;id=784849472\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" id=\"myphoto\" src=\"http:\/\/sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-ak-ash2\/hs319.ash2\/59916_441037359472_784849472_5043183_3890087_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"294\" height=\"442\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Even Nova sez it&#39;s time to get back into lessons<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pat Parelli has done various studies of their students and why they enter the program.\u00a0 Some of them have specific problems and when these problems are overcome, the students move out of the program.\u00a0Many stay a long long time.
