{"id":2986,"date":"2014-06-30T14:32:29","date_gmt":"2014-06-30T19:32:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mofoxtrot.com\/viewpoint\/?p=2986"},"modified":"2018-07-05T15:47:06","modified_gmt":"2018-07-05T20:47:06","slug":"whah-whah-whah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mofoxtrot.com\/viewpoint\/whah-whah-whah\/","title":{"rendered":"Whah Whah Whah 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Winter blues along with Lucky Star little progress. \u00a0Will I ever get to show him. \u00a0Will he stop in the middle of the arena during the class. \u00a0How can I keep him going. \u00a0I&#8217;ve not been in a show arena for going on three years now.<\/p>\n<p>Will Lucky Star make it this year? \u00a0Canter isn&#8217;t anywhere near solid yet. \u00a0Will he balk while we are in the show ring? \u00a0Will he argue on transition from one gait to the next? \u00a0When I ask him to slow down from a fox trot to a flat foot walk, will he stop and refuse to go.<\/p>\n<p>Oh woe is me. \u00a0He&#8217;s improving. \u00a0He&#8217;s got the best flat foot walk and fox trot that I&#8217;ve ever ridden. \u00a0His gaits are astounding. \u00a0His work ethic is non-astounding. \u00a0I love him. \u00a0He&#8217;s very safe to ride. \u00a0He&#8217;s not afraid of nearly anything. \u00a0There&#8217;s no bolt in this guy. \u00a0I love that.<\/p>\n<p>Will he ever stop trying to nibble on me, on his bridle, on the reins, on the bit on my stomach and other tender body parts. \u00a0Will his mouth ever quiet down.<\/p>\n<p>Whah whah whah<\/p>\n<p>What is this&#8230;a raffle horse has been announced for the Super Horse Show competition next June. \u00a0Let me check out his horse!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Already started<\/li>\n<li>Started by someone I admire as a rider<\/li>\n<li>Started by someone whom I like to see ride a horse and treat him right<\/li>\n<li> Rode out on trails alone for three years by the person I admire<\/li>\n<li>Bloodlines are great<\/li>\n<li>I think his sire is the horse I saw perform in the World Show in 1999 and swept the crowd along for his amazing ride<\/li>\n<li>bloodlines show his great grandfather is the same as Velvet&#8217;s grandfather. \u00a0He has Toddy&#8217;s Perfection bloodlines!<\/li>\n<li>He&#8217;s black<\/li>\n<li>His head reminds me of Velvet&#8217;s head<\/li>\n<li>He&#8217;s black and looks a little like Velvet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;m buying a 50 raffle tickets at a dollar each. \u00a0I&#8217;m sick of the winter and with the slow progress on getting Lucky coming along!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winter blues along with Lucky Star little progress. \u00a0Will I ever get to show him. \u00a0Will he stop in the middle of the arena during the class. \u00a0How can I keep him going. \u00a0I&#8217;ve not been in a show arena for going on three years now.
