Samson loves the green ball<\/figcaption><\/figure>
\nSamson is Velvet and JJ’s son. \u00a0He is owned by Nichole. \u00a0Jenny made the mistake of letting me play with Samson during a Yound and Green Horse Development Clinic. \u00a0I fell in love and wanted to steal him. \u00a0I decided that stealing him wasn’t really ethical, because I gave Samson to Nichole as a Christmas present before he was even born. \u00a0I faked a registration paper. \u00a0I wanted her always to have a Velvet in her life.<\/p>\n

So, instead of stealing him. \u00a0I am borrowing him. \u00a0I have permission. \u00a0Samson is home with me. \u00a0He is wonderful. \u00a0I’ve groomed him. \u00a0It’s been too muddy to do anything at the home place. \u00a0So today, I was contemplating taking him to an indoor arena I get to ride in. \u00a0hmmmm. \u00a0He needs to travel and go to different places to get used to the big world. \u00a0I got him out of the pasture. \u00a0I decided to practice trailer loading. \u00a0Samson loaded himself into the trailer and I thought…let’s go! \u00a0Let’s start the Samson Campaign!<\/p>\n

We got to our destination and Samson was nervous but under control. \u00a0We managed to get into the barn and then the arena! \u00a0Whoowee! \u00a0We played. \u00a0We had a somewhat nervous but fun time in the new arena. \u00a0Arenas alway have sounds, creaking, popping and noises here and there. \u00a0Plus heavy truck traffic goes by this arena. \u00a0it’s a quiet arena with some great noises to get a horse underway to exist in the complex world of humans.<\/p>\n

After we played, we went back to the trailer. \u00a0It’s a windy day and the wind blows the trailer door shut. \u00a0I have nothing that fastens that door open. \u00a0So I had to tie the door open because Samson was just a little nervous about getting into the trailer. \u00a0We played around the trailer, getting used to the wind and traffic noises. \u00a0Finally, Samson got into the trailer and we went home. \u00a0We played from 12:30 to 2:30.<\/p>\n

When we got home, Samson got to be turned out with the entire herd today in the entire pasture.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
