I thought I had put on her halter and failed to secure her to cross tie. I swore a young girl in the aisle to secrecy. Erin had earlier bragged to the arena young girl\u2019s mother about how old I was. Did my advanced age cause me to forget to hook up my Horse? I swore the aisle young girl to secrecy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I took off Fancy\u2019s saddle and put it in tack room. I changed out of my boots to shoes. I came out and glanced down the aisle. There was no Fancy! I asked the girl\u2019s mother, \u201cWhere is Fancy?\u201d The mother said, \u201cFancy went into a stall.\u201d What!
Fancy now knows how to undo the sliding fastener on the cross tie.

Today, I learned how to keep Fancy from changing her back leg lead change when cantering in the arena. This happens going to the left during my first ride after her chiropractor adjustment. She did the same to Erin who rode her yesterday. That was big. We practiced leg yield weaving at Flat foot walk and fox trot. We maintained gait, an incredible feat!
I whined to Erin during the cantering around the arena, \u201cThis is a lot of work\u201d. Apparently, I am holding my breath.
After the failed flying changes, I dismounted and was actually dizzy. What! I staggered just a bit. What!

Erin rode Fancy, did the lead changes and told me how important the leg yields are to cue her. Also important is weaving close to cones, not making big S turns is better.
