I stopped at &#8220;For the Horse&#8221; Ranch to play with Sue. We played our right brain\/left brain games for a while and she is staying in her left brain more and more. Translation: I up my body language and ask her to do things faster. She gets scared (right brain). I slow my body language and she calms down (left brain). She&#8217;s starting to understand that being scared isn&#8217;t the end of her world. She can recover.<\/div>\n<p>I ask her to jump over a set of barrels both ways. she evades the barrels for a while. We jump over one barrel perfectly and I stride quickly to sit on a barrel and pet her. It&#8217;s part of the training.<\/p>\n<p>Then it&#8217;s jump the barrel going the other way. Evasion is the course. Finally, she jumps the barrels. I quickly sit on the barrel and rub her.<\/p>\n<p>I decide to communicate with my entire being how much I love her.
