Silverado is now standing in Florida at the Woodward Fox Trotter Farm. Our goal is to continue the legacy that the original owner of Silverado, Ernie Long, established with his careful breeding program to produce naturally gaited horses with gentle dispositions. Silverado’s talented off-spring can be found throughout the show arenas as well as on the trail. Has produced greys, palominos, cremellos, and striking red chestnuts. AI Breeding can be arranged through Peterson- Smith Repro Center in Ocala, FL. Collection and shipping.

(Gone Way Too Early)
Doc was a striking bronze buckskin stallion whose gentle nature and smarts made him a favorite both on the farm and with others who knew him. He produced not only buckskins but some beautiful dark and silver palominos, rich chestnuts and a few blacks. Gentle personalities and curiosity were traits he instilled in them all. Whenever Doc was in the show ring, he always found a cheering section with the kids who thought he was Sprit from the Disney movie, Spirit of the Wind.
